Ritual & Dream Work Guide

Welcome. This guide is your companion for deepening your practice with sacred botanicals, ceremony, and the wisdom of the lotus.

Before You Begin

The lotus closes at night to dream. It opens with the light to bloom. Your ritual is the same — a conscious conversation between your waking self and the deeper intelligence that moves through you while you rest.

This guide is a living document. Return to it often. Use what serves you. Release what does not. These are not rules — they are invitations.

Part One

The Evening Ritual

01

Create Your Space

Dim the lights 30–60 minutes before sleep. Remove screens. Light a candle if it calls to you. Let your body understand: this is the crossing from day into night. From doing into being.

02

Prepare Your Blend

Brew your Ascension Azul night blend — Mystical Dream Awakening or Moonlight Calm — in silence or with soft sound. Hold the cup in both hands for a moment before drinking. Feel the warmth. Set an intention for what you wish to receive in your dreams.

03

Body Settling

Lie down or sit comfortably. Take three slow breaths — inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for six. With each exhale, release the residue of the day. You do not need to carry it into the night.

04

The Dream Invitation

Before sleep, speak or write your dream intention: "Tonight I am open to receiving guidance about ______." Keep a journal beside your bed. Dreams speak in symbols — trust what comes, even if it seems strange.

Part Two

Dream Work & Morning Integration

01

Record Before Rising

Before you check your phone, before you speak, before the day rushes in — write down what you remember from the night. Even fragments. Even feelings. The act of recording tells your subconscious that its messages matter.

02

Symbols Over Narratives

Dreams speak in symbols, not stories. Rather than trying to construct a coherent narrative, identify the dominant images, emotions, colors, and textures. Ask: what does this symbol mean to me? Not what does it mean universally — what does it mean personally?

03

The Morning Brew

Begin your day with an Ascension Azul morning blend to anchor the transition. As you sip, review your dream notes. Notice what feels significant. Notice what your body responds to. The body always knows before the mind does.

04

One Action, One Offering

Choose one message from the night to carry into the day. It may be a quality (patience, openness, courage), a question to sit with, or a small action to take. Dreams don't demand grand gestures — just a willingness to listen.

“The dream is not an escape from life.
It is an entrance into it.”
